About The Owner
Magdy Salem started his career by joining AC Nielson in 1991. In 1994, he joined Henkel as their Trade Marketing Manager, followed by Al-Ahram Beverages as their Group Product Manager – Non-Alcohol Division in 1999. In 2000, Salem moved to the Telecom industry as Marketing Director Minatel Orange where he launched Minatel offices in all Egyptian governorates and brough-up Minatel market share to 85%. In 2002, Salem was promoted to the position of Commercial Director Orange North Africa where he launched Minatel offices in Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia. In 2008, Salem founded Square Cube Communications Agency, where he held the position of Co-Founder and Marketing Director. Salem Invented the concept of malls branding and developed the entire branding of Carrefour chain. In 2017 Cube Communications was acquired by a group of investors. In 2018, Salem founded his new business; Icon Ads for marketing and advertising where he introduced full-fledged unique BTL media and advertising solutions to the Egyptian Market.
